Coworking Space Administrator

Find "COUPONS" button at the bottom (if you have already taken ownership of your space's profile page and have role "administrator"), which leads to "manage coupons" page:2.
Add any coupon you want by clicking on "add coupon" button. We have prepared two templates for you to use - one for "hot desk, 1d rent" and another for "fixed desk, 1m rent". You can click on corresponding buttons to populate coupon description with predefined texts. But you are not limited to those - feel free to provide custom offers (e.g. "hot desk, 1 day — free business lunch from the bistro around the corner", "fixed desk, 3 months - special resident T-shirt", etc - it's up to you):Eventually you will have a list of active coupons you have available for users which will look like this:
All coupons stay active and available to users until you delete them (trash bin icon to the right).

If user claims coupon, it will be moved to the top and you will have information about who and when claimed it. When user comes to your place, you check her/his username with information on "manage coupons" page, provide promised discount and mark coupon as "redeemed" (clicking on the redeem action button to the right). Redeemed coupon goes to the bottom and eventually will become read-only:Coupons can be in "Claimed" status at maximum 3 days. If user does not show up to redeem it, coupon is released and become available for everyone again (including you, in case you would like to delete it for example).

If you are registered coworkON user you will be able to claim coupons which coworking spaces are offering. Click on "Coupons" and then "Get it" button left from the coupon that you are interested in:After successful coupon grab you will get an email with all the coupon information. During your visit to the space, make sure administrator marks coupon as "redeemed" after providing you with promised discount. We keep track of how users use their grabbed coupons and would not tolerate "greedy takes" without any actual use - be respectful to the rest of the community.
You have 3 days to redeem claimed coupons (today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow). After 3 days in "Claimed" status without successful redeem, coupon will be released and will become available for everyone again. Do not claim coupon "just in case" if you are not going to use it, be reasonable.
